Our Approach

Our Approach

DMT's relationship with a prospective customer typically begins with an introductory meeting in which we help you articulate the business objectives and what you want your technology infrastructure to accomplish. We are interested in your goals as a business, not just your technology goals. We know what the latest, greatest technology solutions might be, but these may not be right for your business. In order to make recommendations that make sense to you, we spend some time getting to know you.

The meeting is generally followed by a system audit. The System Discovery section of the web site explains more in-depth what is accomplished during this step in the process.

DMT also understands that potential customers may have an immediate need. Call the sales department to coordinate a consultative visit for immediate needs.

System Discovery

The second part of our initial meeting typically consists of a fundamental system audit performed by our consultants. The purpose of this step is to establish a baseline of your technology infrastructure.

DMT will then assign a priority to items based on your goals and aligning your systems with "Best Practices" and report these items in a formal proposal.
